Whilst we attempt to be as accurate as possible with the specifications of the artwork offered for sale, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. The Mulberry Tree Gallery is able to trace most artwork available today, so please use our contact form and let us know what you're looking for.

Copyright for the images shown on our website remains with the Artist, Publisher or Owner of the Original picture and further distribution of the images in whatever format may be the subject of Legal proceedings.

Making A Purchase
Use the 'Add to Cart' button to add items to your shopping cart. To place your order, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch and JCB. All orders must be prepaid. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet. Once your order has been placed and your payment processed a contract of sale has been agreed between us.

You, the buyer, warrant that all the details provided on the order form for the purpose of purchasing the goods are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and/or sufficient unused limit available to cover the cost of the goods. All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. You, the buyer, are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all requested details requested on the order form have been correctly entered.

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation.

Where a limited edition print is sold out by both ourselves and the publisher, we will endeavour to obtain a price for purchasing a copy via the secondary market. If this price differs from that shown on the web site, we will advise you of this before accepting your order. Due to fluctuating market values, especially on Limited Edition and Original items, all prices are subject to change and availability but will not be changed once your order is accepted.

Some of the original artwork offered for sale is not based at the shop and therefore we will need to confirm with the artist its availability. If the item has been sold by the artist elsewhere we will immediately refund you your money. Please note that delivery for such items may take longer than our normal 10 working days.

All Orders placed on the internet will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail of the transaction. However, if we are unable to fulfil the order due to items being out of stock we will notify you by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours and the transaction may be cancelled or we will agree alternative arrangements with you.

Shipping And Handling For safety and security we use a courier to deliver your order. We pack all orders with extreme care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition. We have many years experience sending framed & mounted prints using our courier.

For all MOUNTED PRINTS to mainland UK (excl Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) we will charge a set shipping fee. We use a trackable service. Your order is insured up to a value of £100.00 against any damages or loss. If the contents of your order is greater than the value of £100.00, then enhanced compensation is available for which an additional charge may be made. You will be offered this service in your confirmation email.

For all FRAMED items we use specialist packaging and these range in price from £10.50 depending on the size of the picture. The cost of postage will then be added to the box price. We will notify you by email or telephone of the total cost of shipping and packaging for FRAMED items.

Orders from outside the UK, please contact the gallery for international shipping charges. Please note that international shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees. These will need to be met by you, the customer.

Deliveries are made up to 5.30pm on weekdays. Timed or Saturday deliveries are available at additional cost.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHICH MUST BE READ

All goods leave our shop in brand new condition and are wrapped in bubble wrap, cardboard or boxes for protection.

Nevertheless, damage can occur in transit.

When the goods are delivered please ensure that there is somebody available to thoroughly check the products in particular the long lengths. This will require the removal, with a sharp knife, of our packaging otherwise you may not realise that there has been damage.

DO NOT SIGN ANY DELIVERY TICKET UNTIL YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS

If after checking you find any damage please write damaged on the delivery note and state what product is damaged, only then, sign the form. Our courier will return the damaged goods to us after taking photographic evidence at their Depot. Only if this procedure is followed are we able to claim the cost of damage.

What if the delivery driver won't wait for me to check the goods?
If you find that you really cannot check all of the goods or the delivery driver is unable to wait you must write the word 'Damaged' regardless of whether you have found damage or not. Do not write the word 'unchecked' as this will not cover you or us for any potential claims. Failure to follow the above procedure may invalidate any claim you may have for lost or damaged goods.

What do to if you actually find damaged goods?
Please only return the goods that are damaged. Don't worry, we will send out replacement products immediately.

Please remember it is your responsibility to check that the goods are received in good condition and do not sign the form unless you are sure.

ABSOLUTELY NO CLAIM WILL BE ENTERTAINED BY THE MULBERRY TREE GALLERY UNLESS YOU FOLLOW THE ABOVE PROCEDURES.

Delivery Schedule
All orders will normally be despatched within 5 to 10 working days. If any delay beyond 10 days occurs you will be notified.

Please advise us if you do not receive your item(s) within 10 days of placing your order so that we can trace the parcel. Ask via our contact form quoting your order number. Please also note that the goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form.

When shipping overseas, we will advise of an expected delivery date.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused or for any consequential loss.


Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the current rate of VAT is applied (currently 20%). All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your personal details will never be disclosed to any third party and we are aware of and comply with the 1998 Data Protection Act.

Privacy Policy

Shipping, Handling, Delivery & Returns Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason may be returned within 10 days for a refund or replacement, but in all cases you must contact us first for authorisation. An authorisation reference will be given. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must make sure that someone is able to take delivery of the item at the address you have given.

If you are not able to take delivery of the item and it is returned to the courier or hub, the Mulberry Tree Gallery will not be responsible for any damage that may occur and refunds will not be given in this instance.
