David Thompson

Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, David Thompson attended Newcastle School of Art & Design before moving to the South Coast in 1982. He enjoys the underground posters of the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s and this style is often reflected in his work.

David admires and is influenced by Tom Eckersley, Abram Games and Charles Rennie Macintosh. To date he continues to live in Southsea.
